Welburn and Crambeck Village Hall now has new computer facilities, which are available for anyone in the local area to use completely free of charge.

The computer, which is located in the comfortable and usually quiet side office, is a standard PC, with a screen (obviously), a keyboard and a mouse. It runs the latest version of Windows 11 and has full internet access.
There is also a full-colour A4 printer and a document scanner. Use of these is also free, however, there is a suggested donation of around 10p per sheet for printed documents.
At the moment, access to the PC is generally provided during Book Nook, which is usually the second Saturday morning of each month. There is a short break in the summer and around Christmas so please check the calendar beforehand.
This facility is brand new at the village hall and so is something of an experiment at the moment. For instance, if there is demand, it may be possible to provide access at times other than Book Nook.
If you have any comments or suggestions on how to improve and perhaps expand upon this facility, please email Patrick at admin@welburnvillagehall.org.
