When booking the Main Hall and/or Dot Smith Room for your event please first check availability on the calendar.
Bookings will be made on a first-come-first-served basis.

- Fill it in by hand and sign it
- Then pop it in the post to the address on the Booking Form OR…

When booking, please familiarise yourself with ALL the information attached to the Booking Form, including Terms & Conditions, Letting Charges and General Advice for Hirers if you have not done so recently.
PLEASE NOTE THAT BOUNCY CASTLES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE MAIN HALL.
Our Green Mission: Please Turn Off Power When Leaving
As one of our many actions to have minimal impact on our wonderful planet, we ask that all hall users take care to switch off power when leaving the hall.
Ensure all three switches to the left of the door as you leave are OFF, including the Master Power Switch.
The car park light will stay on for 15 minutes. It also has a proximity sensor and will switch on to assist movement in the car park.
If you need to plug in electrical equipment, please complete a copy of the Electrical Equipment Declaration.
